This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, due to the exceptions and unverified content listed below.
2.1 Automatically verified criteria
The publication pipeline runs automated verifiers on every build covering:
- Semantic HTML5 structure and heading hierarchy.
- Minimum AA colour contrast across the brand palette pairs.
- Keyboard navigation and a "Skip to content" link (
skip-link). aria-labelon form fields and anaria-liveregion announcing the computed verdict ledger.- Language declaration in
<html lang>.
Verification is automated (axe-core plus static pipeline rules); it does not by itself guarantee conformance of every individual page.
2.2 Non-compliant or unverified content

- Requirements: no plugins. The interactive verdict tool requires JavaScript; informational content remains readable without it.
