Your access

The tool is provided free of charge, as-is, for informational use. There is no account, no registration, no subscription and no paid feature. Access does not create any contractual or advisory relationship between you and the provider.

Nature of the output

The per-jurisdiction verdict ledger is a rule-derived decision aid scoped to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, UK SI 2013/1478 and the Windsor Framework. It does not constitute legal advice, does not certify that any product is compliant, and does not replace a qualified Responsible Person service or legal counsel. Annex II / III restricted-substance lists and national penalty regimes evolve; you remain solely responsible for the cosmetics you place on the EU and UK markets.
